The best evidence of the intellectual bankruptcy of the Christian religion comes from the Christians themselves. Here are links to "answers" to my Tough Questions. If you are a believer, you can put your awakening intellect back to sleep by rehearsing the platitudes here. If you are a skeptic, you can look at them for chuckles. If you are a former Christian like myself, you can look at them and wonder in amazement how you ever could have believed such drivel.
I didn't make these up. They are from real live Christians who actually believe they have written legitimate answers. Amazing. What better evidence is there that the Christian religion numbs the intellect?
I am happy to report, however, that John Love-Jensen of Chanhassen, Minnesota, has produced a worthy set of answers, which I consider to be wholly satisfactory. They are so fitting, in fact, that I am breaking my own policy and posting them on my own web site, and I'm giving the link the privileged location at the top of the list.
