Bad Taste

Now this is more like it. "Bad Taste" is a fantastic black comedy / horror / sci-fi / gorefest. Awww!
It's about a small town which has been taken over by aliens (blue shirted freaks), and the government decide to send in "The Boys", a group of over-armed alien-killers.
And that's bascially it really...the story progresses and lots more interesting things happen, including kidnapping and missile launchers, and alien transformations.
This film is so cheapily and badly made, it's a classic already. The acting is terrible, and the script is either really bad, or hysterically comic.
There are some fantastic scenes, in which one of "The Boys", Derek's brain falls out when he falls off a cliff, so he decides to put it back in and hold it in there using, to begin with, a hat, and then later on, a belt tied around his head.
Other great scenes include using someone as a battering ram, pretending to fire uzis at aliens who believe they're being shot, and lines like "Suck my spinning steel, shithead".
Not only that, the music is monumental, and you'll be singing the "Bad Taste" theme all week...great movie.
But it's also shite.
