High-flying Richmond is a test for any team this season, so when Bollington could only field nine players the outcome was inevitable.

Unfortunately we failed to find the ne, however we dd manage toonly concede one goal in the second half. Much praise for stand-in managers Frank and Kevin for the teams comittment.

Special mentions for stand-in goalkeeper Tom Bamford, Jonny Saatchi and Alex Jackson at the back and man of the match James Newton for a superb display at right back, against his normal attacksing midfield role.

Only a combination of missed chances and defensive howlers (and the fact that Lostock have improved dramatically this season ) kept the score down.

Lostock took the lead through an own goal, but Alex Jackson equalized before half-time.

A hat trick from the tremendous Craig Templeton, a couple from Chris Simons and a sweet shot from Luke Murray completed the scorig for Bolly.

The Under 13's almost did not make it to the quarter finals after struggling through the group stage. After 4 games and only one goal Bolly had to win their final game of the round robin phase, against Ladybridge Park (B).

In the quarter final Bolly faced Ladybridge Park (A) and won after a 0-0 draw in a best of three shoot-out. Ryan Fitter, Chris Murphy and Andy Laing cooly slotted away their penalties and makeshift keeper Chris Simons (who is usually found at the other end scoring for fun) managed to save Ladybridge's third to put Bolly in the semi-final against Stockport Dynamos.
