Ludek Miklosko
DOB- 09.12.61 in Ostrava-Czechoslovakia, Height- 6'5",
The giant Czech international signed from West Ham for a nominal fee on Christmas day 1998 following a successful loan spell. He was one of the first overseas keepers to make his mark in the English game. Ludek joined the hammers back in 1989 for just under 300,000. After a dodgy period he ended up equaling the West Ham record of 21 clean sheets in a season held by Phil Parkes. Ludo won 40 caps for Czechoslovakia, the last against England in 1992, before retiring from international duty later that year.
