Dupplin Cross East face, prior to its removal from
a hillside setting above Forteviot in Strathearn. It was borrowed by the Museum of Scotland as sentinel to the medieval collections, but has now been returned to the Forteviot community and is housed within the church of Dunning. www.dunning.uk.net |

| Cup-marked rock often associated with or carved on recumbent group within stone circles. Portable cup-marked stones were assumed of sacred origin, judging by the number which were overlaid with early cross-incised carvings in 8th & 9th centuries. |
