Friday 25th May 2007: Official Opening Ceremony for Friends, Sponsors, and
Invited Guests
Saturday 26th May to Monday 28th May 2007: Grand Gala Weekend with four engines
(at least) in steam

This was our new station building seen on 27th
July 2006.
On the left three tracks will pass through. On the right will
be the workshop with its own track; behind it the museum, then the toilet block, main
entrance, then ticket office.

By 25th June the concrete slab was complete, except for the ramp in the foreground.

Whilst the construction work is going on we are still operating trains to our usual summer timetable, push-pull style.
