At the start of 2006 a number of fundamentals were agreed as imperatives to underpin ongoing church activity. These, together with an increasing desire to significantly impact our community, comprise the drivers empowering our present mission and ongoing vision.

COMMUNITY

To be truly effective as 'salt and light' in our community, impacting it possitively by the direct and practical application of our faith and God's love.

EVANGELISM

To increasingly communicate the good news of God's love to our community, using a variety of innovative and people-friendly approaches.

HEALING

To heal the hurt, give hope to the hopeless and comfort those who grieve; in all possible ways bringing God's love and peace into broken lives.

PRAYER

To fully support all church activities and interests with focussed prayer, whilst also interceding on behalf of our community, nation and the whole world.

WORSHIP

To enhance regular worship by the use of varied service formats and elemants, to make it more participative and meaningful for all.

YOUTH

To evangelise and nurture young people, making our church a pleasant, inclusive environment in which they can grow in faith, confidence and social skills.
