The Farmhouse Dining Kitchen includes an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and extra large dining table. Thoughtfully equipped and with ample kitchenware. The kitchen also contains a payphone. Large farmhouse kitchen

 

The Bedrooms

5 Large Bedrooms, which contain 3 double and 7 single beds, plus 1 folding bed, and 1 double bed-settee (in the living room). This allows versatile acommodation for 10-16 guests. Additionally, all bed linen is provided.

 

Bedroom number 1: is a large bedroom that consists of 1 single and double bed.

A Drying Room which is ideal for wet walking clothes or bathing towels! The drying room also includes a washing machine and dryer and fridge freezer.

A Games Room which includes a full size table-tennis table, six foot snooker table and boules

 



3 Bathrooms,Shower room with toilet downstairs, Upstairs, 1ensuite, 1 house bathroom each with shower over bath, and toilet. There is also a 4th toilet upstairs.

The Garden has garden furniture, a barbeque and plenty of level enclosed space for the children. There are also stores for coal and wood (included) and ample parking space.

Most guests find the Floor Plan above very helpful, it shows the layout of the rooms in the farmhouse. The double bed-settee is not marked on the plan, but is in the living room.
