TAMBA Consultancy has a strong commitment to customer care and we are keen to help with any problems or requests you may have.
The Technical Help Desk is a service made available to all TAMBA Consultancy customers with support contracts, and it is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We aim to solve all telephone support calls within 3 working hours, and after 8 hours, an engineer will (subject to contract) come out to your site to resolve the problem.
Hardware & Software Maintenance
Flexible hardware and software maintenance contracts are available with a range of options from next day support, normal office hours to 24-hour support with 2 hour response, seven days per week. Call us or send Email for details.
