6 Tide's Reach (Monday bookings) is one of our favourite flats right on the beach level. It has two twin bedrooms, one with sea views, and a bathroom. Enjoy the activity in the harbour and on the beach from the comfort of the lounge/diner.
9 The Revenue Cutter (Monday bookings) is on the first floor and is similar to No 14 The Mizzen which is on the second floor. Each flat has a lounge/diner, two bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with single bunk beds and a bathroom. Both are on the sunny south side of the building and the Mizzen has interesting roof-top town views.

10 The Captain's Cabin (Friday bookings) is on the first floor and has two bedrooms, with twin beds and a bathroom. One bedroom and the lounge/diner have superb sea and harbour views
12 Harbour Lights (Saturday bookings) is on the second floor, has two bedrooms with twin beds and a bathroom. It has a new kitchen with dishwasher and washer/drier machine. It has spectacular views from the front bedroom and lounge/diner and is well worth the climb up our Cornish made spiral staircase.

15 The Sail Loft (Monday bookings) is a romantic roof-top hideaway (Scilly's best kept secret). As its name implies this is a skillful loft conversion, with a long airy studio room, complete with double bed, 'L' shaped kitchen, dining and lounge area. Separate shower room. The views from the picture window and the velux roof lights are stunning. Watch the activity in the harbour or the sunrise and sunset.
5 The Hideaway formally The Coach House (Saturday bookings). The flat has been completely refurbished and re-equipped to a very high standard and now benefits from a fitted bedroom with twin beds, new kitchen, shower room and new lighting and flooring throughout. This flat holds a four star ETC rating. Although not having a sea view it has the advantage of being ground floor and south facing onto the Thorofare. Electricity is now included in this flat.

1 Beach Mooring (Thursday bookings) is a ground floor flat with one bedroom with a shower room on the beachside. The bedroom and the lounge/diner have excellent sea views. The flat also benefits from a separate street level entrance from The Thorofare.
4 Sea Spray (Thursday bookings) is on the first floor with a with a new fully tiled shower room. The twin bedroom and a lounge/diner overlook the harbour, both rooms have superb views over the harbour to the islands beyond.
8 The Spyhole (Friday bookings) is on the first floor. Re-modelled with one double bedroom and a new shower room. Lounge/dinner with kitchen through the whole depth of the building with windows on both sides. The sunny south side faces over the street and the other side with a peep of the sea and harbour overlooking the internal yard.
11a The Top Deck (Friday bookings) is on the second floor with one bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom. The bedroom is on the sunny south side overlooking the town. The lounge/diner enjoys views over a flat roof to the harbour, golf club and Tresco beyond.All the flats are non-smoking. No dogs or pets are allowed on the premises.
