What can one say about Dusty ? What a crazy ( in the nicest possible way ) man !
None of us ever knew what this mad bugger was going to do next either on stage or off. Rick has been heard to mumble just before going on stage ' Oh God - whats Dusty going to do tonight'. In the middle of a number, he would suddenly step forward and launch into a Country and Western song ( with his own version of the words), or start dancing. Talk about unpredictable ! But he kept us in fits of laughter all the time. He's the only man I know ( possibly the only one in the world) who's idea of a garden ornament is a glassfibre full size replica of a camel. |
