Whats new:		Following changes added:
			- new railgun added, affected by all techs
			- positron and flame rockets
			- laser trip and ECM module added
			- TRX options now selected from server menus

Filename:		trx_v13.zip		zip file, containing the following:-
			trx.pk3			pk3 game file, containing vm's,sounds,shaders,graphics
			wep5-phaser.pk3		pk3 file for new rocket launcher
			scanner.pk3		scanner graphics
			trx_v13.txt		this text file
			description.text	mods menu header
			wep7-pe-rg-002x.pk3	pk3 file for new railgun
			railgun.txt		credit file for railgun model and graphics

Installation:		If you have installed a previous version of TRX, delete all folders and files within your game folder,
			Quake III Arena/TeamRocket.

			In your Quake III Arena folder, create a folder called TeamRocket. Unzip
			the zip file contents into this folder.

			To start the game, start Q3A then select "TeamRocket" from the Mods menu. You can change your 
			TRX game keys from the ingame menu using setup / control / trx. 
	
			TRX works with all standard Quake III maps, and all gametypes - FFA, Team DM, CTF, Tourney. 
			TRX is also compatible with bots.

			Keys can be changed using setup / controls / trx.

Server vars:		/seta trx_matrix 0 or 1		toggle matrix effect
			/seta trx_extreme 0 or 1	toggle extreme effect
			/seta trx_anticamping 0 or 1	toggle anti-camping
			/seta trx_gametype 0 1 2	toggle gametype (rockets, rocket v rail, rails)
