Overview

So what does Team Rocket do?
Team Rocket Overview

Team Rocket is a Rocket Arena style mod to Quake 2. You start off with rocket launcher and 5 rockets. The object of the game is standard deathmatch - to amass frags. To assist you in this, as you progress through the game you can collect more rockets (from backpacks or fragged opponents) to enable more powerful rocket types, and also various other items from backpacks to assist you.

The rocket types initially available are standard, nukes(take care!), Zylon gas and positron. There are also different firemodes - multiple, homing and blister. Note that both rocket types and fire modes require a minimum number of rockets in order to be fired.

At regular intervals in the game, backpacks are chucked out from the spawn points filled with Christmas goodies for you merry fraggers - flashlight, scanner, jetpack, laser grapple, cloak, decoy, Zylon gas cannister, personal teleporter and extra rockets. Also, when a player is fragged, his entire possessions are selflessly dropped in a backpack.
