The main features of this unit are.... Easy Loading from front or end. An extended slide out table top provides easy loading from the front or end and quick access to the threading area. Sew almost all types of fabric with minimal adjustment. A self adjusting step motor driven feed system automatically adjusts to almost any fabric thickness and eliminates the need to insert scrap fabric each time a bundle is finished. One folder handles most fabric types and thickness. The thread ends are cut at the start and finish of each pocket, the waste is deposited into a bin. Automatic Label Insertion With automatic label insertion it is now possible to hem the pocket and have a label inserted at the same time ,The label is also automatically sealed on the edges to prevent the label fraying The loader is fully programmable ie, the position of label on pocket can be programmed, label alternating, 5 seperate label settings, Easy to use and adjust. The hemmed pockets are counted and placed onto a conveyor belt then returned to the operator. Most parameters are adjustable electronically at the control panel, all sewing threads are monitored by a solid state detector system which is impervious to dirt and lint build up. BROTHER V60 Head The latest model now comes with the BROTHER V60 Head fitted which is designed specifically for chain stitch Hemming. This head will allow much lighter materials to be hemmed with little or no adjustment needed. |
