This questionnaire is for individuals who are transsexual
Thank you for your help.

This research is to assist me with an assignment that I need to do as part of my Diploma in Counselling Course.

The assignment requires me to look at counselling provision and issues for a specific section of the population.

Not surprisingly, I have chosen to look at support for transsexuals

I emphasize that no attempt will be made at all to identify respondents.
Data and comments may be extracted - but will be kept totally anonymous. I need you to be as frank as possible please.
