This Newsletter. The Website. Success Trainers. Just about everything has been enhanced at Mazumah. If you haven’t visited the Mazumah website within the last month, it may surprise you. Like this member newsletter, we have given the Mazumah website a whole new look. The enhancements to the site are designed to help you gain easier access to important tools and information needed to best utilize your Mazumah Commission Management Account (CMA).

We have also added detailed information about the Referral Rewards program and created a new member promotion. And behind the scenes our customer service department has added staff and undergone thorough training to best serve you in a timely manner.

As always, we appreciate your business and hope you find the new improvements and information useful.

Today is a good day. As President and CEO of Mazumah, I’m pleased to see Mazumah growing steadily with over 250 members joining each day, over 400 companies in queue for integration, and customers in over 90 different countries.

Our mission at Mazumah is to be the fastest, most reliable, fun to use payment system in the world – and we strive each day to live that motto. With Mazumah you get paid “fast”, it is “reliable”, and “fun” is simply a mind set. The new site design, the added functionality, and the promotions were all created with this mission in mind.

Customer service is also an integral part of our business and has been one of my top priorities over the last year. We have increased our staff and held required training seminars to better serve you. Emailing info@mazumah.com is still the best way to get your questions answered. Response time has been reduced from 72 hours to over 90% of incoming questions addressed within 24 hours. You can also find a list of frequently asked questions (FAQ) posted on our website.
