There is no requirement to purchase products to enter the competition.  Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of completing the entry form. The entrant must reside in one of the participating countries, which are:
Herbalife employees and the members of their household or immediate family are not eligible. Only official entries forms, correctly, fully and legibly completed, are eligible. Entry forms can be obtained from by request via e-mail or by telephoning or mailing our office. Entry forms must be received in a minimum of 7 days prior to any of the prize draws held on 8 October 1997, 7 January 1998, 8 April 1998 and the final draw will be held on 22 July 1998. We are not responsible for any entries not received. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the results of the draw. All prize draws for this promotion will take place in France. The list of prizewinners will be available on request from our office. Winners will be notified in writing within 30 days of each prize draw. Announcement of the winners will be via hotfax. The 1st and 2nd prizewinners will be published in Today Newsletter. A list of winners will be available on request. No more than 15% of the total prizes, excluding the 1st and 2nd prizes, may be awarded to any one country. Prizewinners are solely responsible for all taxes associated with winning. Entry into the prize draw constitutes permission to publicise names. This competition is void and subject to withdrawal where prohibited by law. See prize list on the document for values and prizes. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equivalent value or a cash alternative, where permissible, should the listed prizes not be available for reasons beyond our control. Entry into the competition is open from 14 July 1997 until 8 July 1998. When entries are received they are eligible to participate in all prize draws remaining in this competition whether a previous winner or not, and in any case all entries will be eligible for the final draw.N.B.
