Once you have upgraded to SF CORPORAL you MUST submit the 'Corporal Completion Form'.
If you pay using Clickbank you should end up at the page directly. If you pay using Paypal, then you will arrive
at a 'Thank-you' page, which will contain a link you need to click through to.
