To place an order please write using the order form enclosed, enclosing your remittence noting that we are not yet VAT registered, so you don't have to add 17.5%.
Payment is with order (alternatively a pro-former invoice can be provided) and cheques should be made out to "sjs electroacoustics". Orders of under £10 should be paid for with current UK first and second class stamps.
Alternatively customers outside the UK can pay by Sterling Cashiers Cheque made out to SJS Electroacoustics and posted to our usual address.

Sorry but minimum card order is £25. We have now dropped the 5% surcharge, there is no longer a penalty for using your card.
Postage will be charged according to order value and shipping weight. As a guide: order value £1-10 add £1p+p, value £10-30 and £3p+p, £30-£100 add £6p+p, over £100 please add £15 for parcel delivery service. All large packages now go via Parcel Force 48 hour, shipments to Europe go via Euro 48 service. Prices are charged at cost please ask for a quote at the time of ordering. Please note some of the transformers are large and heavy. Special postal arrangements can be made ie next day delivery, courier etc and will be charged at cost if requested.

Unfortunately due to the special nature of many of these components and their custom supply some products may take 4 or 5 weeks for delivery if out of stock at the time of order. This can mainly apply to transformers, chokes and some of the power supply capacitors. Not something we are happy about but it is very difficult to predict levels of demand, I hope you will understand.
