I write personally but also I write on behalf of
all the members of the Association to send our
congratulations to you on the completion of thirty years as Town Crier of London.
Many of us have seen you in action both in your
London role and as Master of Ceremonies at one of
our own Mayoral functions and we have all been
impressed with your bonhomie, your expertise in
wheedling money at auctions and your all-round
joviality.
One of our members yesterday mentioned you and
said he remembered you in your acting days, so your
reputation in many fields is well known!
