June saw two more branches receive a makeover and the transformations are amazing. Lichfield held their launch party on Friday 17th June and the team are delighted with their makeover. Looking modern yet sophisticated, the customer feedback has been extremely positive. Natalie Gilbert, member adviser, told us: "It's a really lovely working environment to be in and the customers are proud to do business here."

The launch day was a real success with a 'huge' turnout from the customers. With nearly a thousand competition entry forms completed in the lead up to the launch party and on the day itself, this will certainly keep the branch busy following up the leads that were generated! Following their makeover, Brentwood branch now has more private interview areas, and the new welcome desk and merchandising wall have prove a great source of new business. Branch manager, Paul Arnold, told us: "Our launch party was a great success, welcoming many of our existing members and

new ones through our doors. We have secured good levels of business since as our profile on the high street has been raised. It is particularly pleasing to see so many new members coming into our branch from which we have written new savings and investment business." The competition entry forms completed on the day have not only helped to secure new business for Brentwood branch, but it has also given them a bank of customers to contact, or re-contact, at a later date.
