Clark Jay Wilson was born in Portland, Oregon, and raised in Southern California. He was active in the YMCA and Little league baseball in Anaheim, California. He was active in the Order of DeMolay and was Master Councillor for the Yorba Chapter 1964-1965. He served for 20 years in the US Army. He flew aeroplanes and Helicopters in the Vietnam War in Thailand. He also served in Korea, Hawaii and Germany. On retirement from the Army he became an airline pilot, flying for Horizon Airlines in the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada. Clark and Marlys knew each other from school.
