Manager – Butterflies is Managed by Owner Estelle Bagnall (NNEB). Estelle has 11 years experience working for the Department of Education in foundation classes and special needs units. Before working for
the DOE she was a classroom assistant in a nursery and ran a holiday club. Estelle has two young children and is married to Anthony who is the co owner of Butterflies. She used to think she was good at Art
until she met Kerry and Cat. |

Deputy Manager – Kerry Coulter (DPP) Kerry is a qualified RGN as well as holding a Diploma in Pre school practice (DPP). She holds a first aid certificate. Kerry has two young children
and a great sense of humour. She is also a very talented artist, can make anything out of anything, is a great storyteller and puppeteer.. |

Deputy Manager – Cat Simpson (DCE) Cat is a qualified DCE Nursery Nurse, she holds a first aid and food handling certificate She is a very gifted artist, and is a great asset to the
nursery. |

Full time Nursery Assistant – Susy Kinrade Susy is a qualified CPP Nursery Nurse and holds a first aid certificate. She is great with the younger members of the nursery who all adore
her, and has lots of patience. She is always around to join in a game. |

We have a number of part time nursery assistants, who all work at least one session, so the children know
them well which is important for continuity. |

Part time Nursery Assistant – Hazel Jones Hazel is a qualified CPP Nursery Nurse. She holds a first aid certificate. Hazel is mother of three grown up children and has infinite
childcare experience. She has been a Brownie Guide leader and a childminder for many years. She is the most patient person in the world and loves every aspect of childcare, and the children all love her..

Part time Nursery Assistant –Pauline Ellis Pauline is our newest member of the team. She has recently made the decision to train as a childcare worker. Pauline is a seamstress and a very
talented artist. She has lots of ideas, enjoys playing with the children. |

All of the staff attend courses on Child Protection, Early Learning Goals, Infection Control and Managing Behaviour
during their first year of employment.They are all dedicated to the emotional and social wellbeing of your child. All of them have patience, understanding and kindness, they are all highly
