Well for this year at least. It's been a pleasure working with the CentCams League and I look forward to next year.

I regret not having been able to join you on your big days. I've always enjoyed my visits to matches, tournaments, final's days etc. Unfortunately my wife Shirley has needed pretty well constant support recently. She keeps encouraging me to take a few hours off to get out and join the pétanque scene but I'm loathe to leave her in case she has a fall.

Now we all know that you need new people to run the League. You've been served well! Now you need someone else to direct the League. Whoever takes the job on will get my total backing, and no doubt, help from Andrew & Steve to get started -- so please think seriously and one of you take on the job!
