Around the same time the likes of Roni Size, Dj Krust and Dj Die were already pumping out the vynil in Bristol, with their own edge on the music. At this stage there was a good number of different labels releasing some quailty Jungle but also due to the explosion of theis new fashion accessory came the crap as well. For every good tune released there was probably 3 white labels released by unknown artists and were never to be heard from again.
Thankfully, by now the standard in producing of Jungle had started to increase quite noticably, this was probably due to the advances in technology and knowledge of the producers and people being sick of messing around with crap pressings.
