This in my opinion is where the music is at its strongest. Top-class production, shit heavy beats, darkness and energy. What more need we ask for? The likes of Virus crew, Dom&Roland, SS, Bad Company, Renegade Hardware the list is endless, but one might think that this is where top top-talent in this style of music resides.

In many of the other styles of this music it just lacks direction and energy, stick a Dom&Roland track on a 50k system - it will get any crowd going. It must be said that the whole 2-step style did start to get a bit monotnous, but it is still improvising. This along with the jazz fusion is where the future of Drum&Bass will be and hopefully will stay.
