Oedipus is married to Jocasta. Laius was her previous husband, and thus if she and Laius had had any children [irony!] they would be kin to the four children she'd borne to Oedipus. The Chorus, awed by Oedipus' curse, say they know nothing - but they know a man who does: the blind seer Tiresias. When, shortly, Tiresias arrives, guided by a young boy, how does Oedipus treat him?
