Kaba has a Nation-Wide team of skilled engineers dedicated to providing
an excellent service on emergency repairs or routine maintenance. Cover
is provided for 365 days of the year with emergency call out facility
and boarding up where necessary. The Kaba engineer is trained in house
on all products and is also subjected to a Certification of Competence
examination by the Automatic Door Suppliers Association (ADSA) to ensure
full understanding of the current British Standard Code of Practice
for the automatic door industry BS 7036:1996. Responses to ram raids,
trolley smashes, burglary, electrical failures are all too normal and
marry in with the routine maintenance work carried out under contract
to give the customer peace of mind that the door will function correctly.
