| Feelings, emotions and memories create for me a visual
language of symbols, signs and colours through which I can make sense of life
in general and these main themes underpin my work. Using familiar and quite
ordinary objects I attempt to create a visual language on canvas with paint.
An important part of the creative process for me is to rediscover forgotten paths that have played an important part in my life and, in doing so, tell a story of that event. I also want you, the spectator, to find your meaning in what I have created, like seeing pictures in fire or in the clouds. |
