Payment and Security.
Any payment made on this website is handled by PayPal, which is completely private and secure. You do not need to create an account or register on this site with any personal details to be able to place an order. We do not keep any of your personal details on our site. You can pay using a credit or debit card online or by telephone, or with a Paypal account. Your details will only be used by us to process your order. Shopping on this site is easy and secure.
Delivery Policy.
We aim to dispatch stock items within 3 days of receipt of your order.As all lovespoons are hand made to order please allow around 28 days for completion of order, or for wedding favour orders please allow at least 8 weeks before wedding date, unless items are available from stock.When your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email.
All spoons are cut to thickness by hand so please be aware that thicknesses will vary slightly. In assorted hardwoods as available.As wood is a natural product then variation in colour will occur, even colour matches will not be guaranteed and orders are only accepted on that understanding.
For care of your Lovespoons:
Keep out of direct sunlight and away from sources of heat. If your Lovespoons appear to be drying out please rewax them with Beeswax polish.

Returns Policy.
Guarantee: In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied for any reason, simply return your goods within 14 days for a prompt refund.
Cancellation Rights: Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, customers have the right to cancel their order within 7 days. Please obtain a proof of postage as Aberarth Crafts cannot be held responsible for non receipt of returns. You should also note that regretfully Aberarth Crafts does not pay the cost of return postage.
We should be informed of damaged goods immediately and a refund or replacement can be arranged.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method within 30 days of date of receipt.
Our returns policy does not effect your statutory rights.
Privacy Policy.
We take your privacy seriously, and all the information that you submit will be used with the utmost of care and security.
We will not retain any financial information after it has been used to process your order.
