	I have over 21 years experience in the IT industry. During this time I have mainly worked 
	in the banking sector, and I have an in-depth knowledge of IBM MVS (OS/390) plus 
	experience of AS/400 systems.
	My work has involved systems analysis, software design, development, evaluation and 
	implementation. I also have significant team leading and systems management experience.  

  	 My principal skills are:

		- team leading and analysis, design and development in banking environments
		- mainframe CICS/COBOL/VSAM, IMS and DB2 development
		- CICS/ESA & /400 system administration and support 
		- mainframe to AS/400 conversion work
