To provide the opportunity through a broad curricular provision to allow pupils to develop individual talents, abilities and interests and to gain as wide a life experience as possible.
To develop an active partnership between the pupils, the school, the family/guardians and outside agencies.
To encourage each child to develop appropriate personal and social skills thus taking a greater responsibility for their own actions.
