The walk takes place from the Ocean Pointe Resort located at 45 Songhees Road, Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.

This is the proposed IML event for Canada. Contact the organisers for information.
There are 5 km, 10 km, 20 km, and 42 km routes each day. The 42 km route starts from 0700-0800 and the other routes from 0800 to 1300. Walkers only need to complete the 20 km route on both days to qualify for an IML award.
On the Friday preceeding the event there is a Mayor's Friendship Walk of 5 km or 10 km.
