Which package suit you best?
The very great majority of our subscribers find that the basic 6Mb/s down, 0.5Mb/s up package meets their needs more than adequately.
If you're not sure, our advice is: start with the basic package. It's easy to upgrade at any time, if you find you need a higher upload speed. In some cases, we may be able to provide download speeds higher than 6Mb/s, but that will depend on your location, the availability of suitable connections, and your budget.
Fair Use Allowance
Your standard Fair Use allowance is a generous 60Gb download a month. You'll be automatically notified by email when your reach 50%, 75% and 100% of your allowance.

If you exceed your allowance? Your connection speed will be reduced to 2Mb/s for the following month. But don't worry. The very great majority of Village Networks subscribers never reach their monthly 60Gb. And the even better news, is your use isn't measured between 2300hrs and 0600hrs.
If you think you need more than 60Gb each month, let us know, and we can upgrade your subscription.
Speeds will vary!
The speeds we quote are average speeds. You may get a little more or a little less, depending on your exact location. Speeds available from any internet providers, regardless of the technology used to connect you, will fluctuate. The main cause of variations in internet speeds is, of course, the amount of traffic. We keep a careful eye on bandwidth and contention, and make adjustments whenever necessary, to ensure your speeds are as close as possible to those specified in your subscription.
More often than not, when speeds vary, the cause is traffic (or connectivity issues) out there in the wider internet, beyond our own network, and outside our control.
