And we have systems that monitor the performance of the network so that we can identify, quickly pinpoint and resolve any problems. Almost every problem can be solved remotely by our technical support team. In the even less likely event there’s a problem with the equipment at your property, one of team will call to put things right.

Why do we use an 0845 number for support?

Our support system uses locally-based human beings. The number enables us to relay your call to the first available individual on our team, meaning you should always talk to a real person, before you need to leave a message. Calling an 0845 number costs 2p per minute daytime, and 0.5ppm at all other times when called from a BT landline. Other networks, including calls from mobiles may vary.
