Our service, tailored to your
requirements, may include:
- Design and Distribution of First Circulars,
Calls for Papers, Subsequent Circulars etc;
- Design and Issue of Registration Forms,
Accommodation Bookings etc;
- Conference Office Facility during run-up to
Conference to receive Registrations and Queries, with phone and fax
contacts plus e-mail and postal correspondence addresses specific to
your event;
- Negotiations with University or Conference
Centre on your behalf, including Catering Services;
- Collection of Fees on your behalf and Payment
of Accounts;
- Provision of Formats for Technical Papers for
Publication;
- Editing, Indexing and Printing of Proceedings
Volumes for Distribution either at or subsequent to the Conference;
- Organisation of Exhibitions;
- Preparation of Provisional Technical Programme
for Issue to Delegates together with Joining Instructions etc;
- Prepare Registration ("Welcome")
Packs, Badges, Merchandise with Company logos, Attendees List etc;
- Provision of Conference Office and Staff
throughout the Conference;
- Local Signage, Guides, etc. as appropriate;
- Provision of Local Transport where
appropriate;
- Arranging Social Events (e.g. Conference
Dinners);
- Programmes for Accompanying Persons;

Fees by negotiation will normally include a fixed element and a
per-delegate element; our aim is to keep the cost per delegate to the
minimum and so to maximise the attendance at your event.
How it works...............
Your
conference arrangements will be personally supervised throughout the
entire process, from an initial no-obligation discussion with your
organising committee through to the final clear-out of your Conference
Reception Office! As a practising scientist for more than 30 years I have
comprehensive experience of conference organisation from the point of
view of both management and attendee, and we hope to cope with every
eventuality.

AT CWMCHWEFRU we also operate a farm producing Dexter Cattle, various
rare breeds of sheep, and associated products (quality meat, fleece, wool
etc.) plus a Craft Gallery (open by appointment) and our own pottery
which is also available for "having a go". Camping is usually
