You will need to have good communication and listening skills,
and be interested in enabling young people to develop skills through
participation in sporting and creative activities.

Street based youth workers
work in pairs or as part of a team, 4 hours per week,
focussing work on the Studley Green, Longfield and Seymour Estates.
Workers will be required to establish trusting relationships
with young people to enable them to examine their own attitudes,
values and lifestyles, particularly in relation to nuisance, petty crime,
vandalism, and substance abuse.

Training and induction will be provided for new or inexperienced workers

JNC LEVEL 2 (1-4) £5.63-£8.41 per hour
