Consent Forms can be collected from Court Mills
Centre at the following dates and times.

Monday 22nd July - 7.15 - 9.45pm
Tuesday 23rd July - 7.15 - 9.45pm
Wednesday 24th July - 7.15 - 9.45pm
Thursday 25th July - 6.45 - 9.15pm

To secure a place on any TAFF trips
you must return the completed consent
form together with full payment to:-
