Local Events of garden interest  - only a small selection of those nearby are given here.  Details of all the NGS and BRC gardens are available on their websites, in the Yellow Book and in their brochures when held at the Store.

Lists of other events from both local horticultural and commercial organisations which may be of interest to members are received from time to time and are displayed on the notice board on the left hand door at the Store entrance.

The 2018 Garden open leaflets for NGS Hertfordshire is now available in the Store;  those for the Red Cross gardens will be added when received.

The Talks, Plant Sale and Shows are open to non-members.

RNLI Gardens open in aid of Royal National Lifeboat Institution .

BRC - Gardens Open in aid of  the British Red Cross. Open 2-5pm except where noted. Admission fees with proceeds to Red Cross.  Details and locations from their website (see links page) or Brochure available at the Store.

NGS - Gardens Open for charity under the National Gardens Scheme. Open 2-5pm except where noted. Admission fees with proceeds to various charities. Details and precise locations on openings under the National Gardens Scheme will be obtained from their website (see links page), or the 'Yellow Book'  or (for Hertfordshire/ Bedfordshire gardens only) Brochure available at the Store.

RHS - Royal Horticultural Society Garden at Wisley. Details of their events can be obtained from their  website (see links page).
