With the news stories from around the world to across campus, we feature the news which is of interest and importance to you. Cats stuck up trees in Heysham don't make the grade.

Paul Turner and Martin O'Boyle keep you up to date with the latest in inter-college, inter-University and local sporting news, results and interviews.

Entertainment Update

Liz and Asheley present you with all the information you need to lead the most riotous of social lives. Live Bands, Quiz Nights, and Student Nights in town, bar extensions and events on campus, plus all the theatre and cinema news and reviews you need.

Entertainment Update now airs separately to the News and can be found in two editions. The first, aired Friday, covers what's happening on Friday and Saturday nights, plus over the weekend. The second, the Monday edition, covers whats happening during the week.

Entertainment Update can be heard at half past the second hour of each of the daytime shows on Monday & Friday, starting at 13:30. EU is also available On Demand, over the Internet.
