The Webmaster recommends viewing with Netscape. This has something to do with a disaffection with Micro$oft, but more to do with the fact that the pages were designed against Netscape and then made to work with IE, so they look better in the former. It's all fairly low tech stuff, anyway, and we've tried to keep the graphics files to a reasonable size.
