The National Water Archive [UK] - the National Rivers Authority Yearbooks (1996, 1997 and 1998) in electronic form - a wealth of free, detailed data for 100's of rivers and streams in the UK - a great site and getting better all the time. It takes a while to get what you want but its worth the effort!
