EDGES MAGAZINE Issue 30

September 2002

EDITORIAL COMMENT

As an agency we network with organisations throughout the UK and provide a platform for marginsalised people. In this edition we listen to the voices of people who are struggling in our communities with their addictions.

We are also reminded of those who have taken the step to change their lives. These are the people who have gone through our drug rehabilitation programme. As an agency we provide opportunities for people. During the last year three of our clients with a history of drugs have just completed their first year of study at Plater College Oxford; well done.

In this edition of edges we also listen to those who are homeless in Central London and the problems drug users have in accessing dentists. Sir Alistair Campbell shares his thoughts on the independent Police Complaints Authority and Centre-Point give an update account of rural homelessness.
