Eastfield House, a large Edwardian house, is situated about a mile from the centre of Blairgowrie. In recent years it has been carefully divided into four self-contained apartments and an adjacent east wing. All apartments are well furnished and have central heating, colour TV, fully fitted kitchens with dishwashers. Washing machine and tumble dryer are provided as well as an area outside for drying in the summer. A Payphone is connected in the main hall of Eastfield.
    Ideally placed, it offers comfortable and peaceful holiday accommodation. Eastfield is off the road, up a private drive leading to a gravel sweep at the front of the house, affording ample parking.
    Eastfield main house is available as a whole (flats Tay, Ericht, Isla and Tummell) for a house party of family or friends, it sleeps 21.
    Tay, on the ground floor, has a large sitting/dining room with large bay window and open fire, modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with bath and shower over, a twin bedded room and a family room with its own en-suite bathroom again with shower over. Sleeps 5.
    Ericht occupying the first and second floors enjoys excellent views over the countryside. It has a spacious sitting/dining room, a well fitted kitchen with dishwasher, a modern bathroom with bath and shower over, a large double bedroom and two twin-bedded rooms. Sleeps 6.
    Isla on the ground floor has a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, a dining hall, a large bay windowed lounge with double bed settee, a bathroom with bath and shower over, a double bedroom and a full adult sized bunk bedroom. Sleeps 4-6.
    Tummell is on the first floor. Its comfortable accommodation includes a spacious living/dining room with adjacent galley kitchen, large bathroom with bath and shower over, a double bedroom and another bedroom with two single beds. Sleeps 4.
