Boot Cottage is in a terrace of 5 cottages too the rear of Eastfield House, in the heart of the old village of Rattray - with parking within 20 metres. To the front is a sunny garden. The cottage is on two floors and is centrally heated throughout. Downstairs is a spacious living room, large bathroom with bath and shower over, and a very large kitchen with washing machine and microwave. Steepish stairs lead to two attic bedrooms - one twin, one double. Sleeps 4.
