One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after;
that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life (Psalm 27:4)

"And he will be a wild man; his hand will be against every man, and every man's hand against him" (Genesis 16:12).
"For this is the
message that ye heard from the beginning, that we should love one another.
Not as Cain, who was of the wicked one, and slew his brother. And wherefore slew he him?
Because his own works were evil, and his brother's righteous" (1 John 3:11-12).
"It becomes important for us to clarify to the West
in unequivocal terms - yet again - why we hate you and why we fight you ...
We hate you first and foremost, because you are disbelievers, you reject the oneness of Allah ...
The fact is ... our primary reason for hating you will not cease to exist until you embrace Islam.
Even if you were to pay jizyah and live under the authority of Islam in humiliation, we would continue to hate you ...
there is indeed a rhyme to our terrorism, warfare, ruthlessness, and brutality"

Weeping for Shamima, But Not the Yazidis? (01 March 2019)
"Rather than channelling our sympathy and focus on those who chose to join the ranks of unbridled barbarism, and who remain unrepentant for it, perhaps we should reflect on the real victims in this - the disappearing religions of the Middle East, who were targeted and brutalised by ISIS. Indeed, Begum's case should make us ponder why we've done so little to assist Yazidis or Coptic Christians ... 'Sympathy for Begum is perverse. When the perpetrator comes crawling back, how can you say it would be a betrayal of "our values" if we do not bring them home or have sympathy for them? This stance is a disgusting injustice against countless Yazidis and Christians whose home has been savaged and whose daughters have been raped, killed and sold into slavery by the group Begum has not disavowed in any sense. These girls deserve sympathy, refuge and support... These girls are the traumatised victims, not Begum' ... our liberal intelligentsia and chattering classes continue with their reprehensible virtue-signalling on the issue. They just might want to pause and consider how Begum's acceptance of beheadings make other faiths feel. It is an act of evil familiar not just to Copts and Yazidis, but to religious minorities here in Britain, too..."
"ISIS Brides Like Shamima are Guilty of Genocide" (01 March 2019)
Pari Ibrahim, a Yazidi: woman "I lost 19 girls from my family - two of them came back but 17 are still missing. Of the men, 21 members of my family have been murdered by ISIS. Or, we assume they have been murdered because they are still missing. So from a Yazidi perspective, the sympathy that we have seen for these ISIS brides is terrible., The world needs to know about the Yazidi women who have suffered at the hands of these women. Instead of that, the ISIS wives are invited on TV. They say that they are innocent or that they were young and didn't understand what they were doing. But this is ridiculous. We know from the Yazidi women who have escaped ISIS that these brides have committed serious crimes. They are participants in genocide..."
The Cult of Shamima (28 February 2019)
"I've seen some strange things in this era of identity politics ... But I cannot remember anything so odd, so perverse, and so telling as the Cult of Shamima, as the chattering classes' elevation of this young British woman who ran off to join a supremacist Islamic death cult into the poster girl of victimhood ... The Cult of Shamima was in full flow yesterday when it was revealed that a shooting range in Merseyside has been using a picture of Shamima as a target ... 'I'm actually close to tears', said one Corbynista journalist ... Whether this journalist ever came close to tears about the Yazidi women who were enslaved, raped and burnt to death in the pseudo-state that Shamima happily made her home we will never know. Maybe pretending to shoot Shamima is a worse crime than actually shooting a Yazidi woman who refuses to sexually service her jihadist enslaver? ... [Followers of the Cult of Shamima] are cheering someone who gave moral succour to supremacist barbarism. They are siding with evil against their own fellow citizens. They are making Shamima into the archetypal victimised Muslim woman in a veil. Now that is genuinely offensive to Muslim women..."
Learning from Begum? No Chance! (25 February 2019)
"When Asia Bibi, an innocent Christian woman, was finally freed following years awaiting execution for allegedly breaking Islam's deadly blasphemy laws, she and her family knew there was no safety for them in Pakistan - they needed a place to run to. Britain however was closed ... There was zero sympathy from the mainstream media, in fact, she and her plight were barely mentioned. Politicians weren't on the news pleading that this innocent woman be offered assistance, not was there any discussion of the abhorrent injustice that she and other Christians face in Islamic societies. There was instead a deafening silence, as there so often is when discussion would entail any negative reflection on the religion of peace. Fast forward to 2019 and the story of Shamima Begum gets a very different response..."
Britain is Not to Blame for Shamima Begum's Radicalisation (23 February 2019)
"Of all the points made on the case of Shamima Begum, the most relevant has been utterly absent. That is, who might actually be responsible for this appalling young woman being who she is and where she is ... Before Shamima and her two school friends went out to join ISIS another school friend had gone out ahead of them ... She seems to have encouraged the three girls ... to follow in her wake ... Then there are the families ... A good signifier of what the families of the Bethnal Green jihadis themselves believe could be said to have been confirmed by the lawyer that they selected to represent them ... Tasnime Akunjee ... with links to - among others - the extremist group 'Cage' ... What about the mosque? Might any fingers be reasonably pointed there?..."
Coming of Islamist Age (22 February 2019)
"If I was a teenager now, I'd be very cross on behalf of ISIS devotee Shamima Begum, who is also considered to have been mindless when she made her decision to leave for Syria. She might be stupid and wrong, but that is not because of her age ... There are claims that Shamima was 'groomed' and 'brainwashed' ... As well as underestimating her independence, that ignores the perhaps ugly fact that she is a Salafist, sharing with fifty million Muslims a methodology associated with jihad and advocating the killing of innocent citizens ... Salafi groups are involved, mainly via Saudi charities, with supplying arms [to] rebel groups around the world. There are now over a hundred Salafist mosques in the UK..."
The Shame of Those Siding with Shamima Begum (20 February 2019)
"At last, having kept pretty shtum about it for the past few years, the virtue-signalling set has mustered up some sympathy for women caught up in the horrific Isis vortex. Unfortunately, though, their sympathy isn't for the Yazidi women who were burned alive after refusing to become sex slaves for Isis jihadists. or the Kurdish women who found themselves living under the brutal misogynistic yoke of the Isis empire. Or the Syrian and Iraqi women whose husbands and sons were beheaded for adhering to the wrong branch of Islam. No, their sympathy is for a woman who supported the movement that did all those things. Who provided moral succour to the Isis barbarians ... I've been worried about the moral compass of the chattering classes for a while now. These are people who will destroy individuals who commit minor speech-based transgressions ... and yet who refuse to pass firm moral judgement against genuine evil ... the sympathy for Begum ... points to a complete unachoring of sections of the opinion-forming set from any sense of morality..."
Why Do We Appease the Terrorist Appeasers? (20 February 2019)
"Her UK family have capable lawyers working on her behalf, but who is paying for this legal assistance? The public are entitled to know, especially if it is legal aid providing the funding. The majority of the British public, as in so many issues, is given little voice on this subject. We are told we would be breaking international law if we took away her British citizenship or prevented her from returning. We are told we cannot make her 'stateless'. This status is actually not that unusual, and although it does reduce a lot of basic rights, it depends very much on the country in which a 'stateless person' is living..."
"What Begum doesn't appear to understand - and if it weren't so chilling it would almost be funny - is that membership of ISIS isn't one of those 'no biggie. Wotevs' issues you can casually dismiss with a shrug. We're talking about an organisation which, by the time Begum left London in 2015 to join it was already implicated in numerous atrocities: beheadings, crucifixions, buryings-alive, burnings in cages, mass rape, the genocidal slaughter of the Yazidis around Sinjar. In what way is membership of such an organization not a threat?. Still you've got to admire Begum's heroic indifference to the weak Western notion that there might be something a bit iffy about say, cutting off the heads of aid volunteers and journalists. As she she told Sky News, beheadings are 'okay as Islamically, that is allowed'..."

Shamima Begum is Something Worse Than a Criminal (18 February 2019)
"To see how broken the cultural elite's moral compass is, simply compare their response to the Covington schoolboys with what they've been saying about Shamima Begum since she was discovered in a refugee camp in Syria last week. Their fury over the Covington boys was instant and unhinged. The boys did nothing wrong - unless you think it a crime to sing sporty songs in response to mad verbal abuse from religious extremists ... And yet these boys were made into global hate figures, denounced as white supremacists, their likenesses reproduced everywhere as 21st-century demonic images that every good person had a duty to be horrified by. In stark, alarming contrast, the same sections of the opinion-forming set that raged against hose boys have treated Ms Begum with sympathy and charity. This despite the fact that she absolutely has done something wrong. Beyond wrong, in fact. She travelled thousands of miles to join a neo-fascist cult that massacres Kurds and Iraqis and Syrians, beheads dissenters ... and inspires its Western backers to carry out barbaric attacks on men, women and children across Europe. She betrayed her nation in the most grotesque way. She is, in every meaning of the word, a traitor. And yet what do the chattering classes give her?..."
Shamima Begum - There Is More to the Story (18 February 2019)
"Once again, a story of national interest has polarised the left and the right in this country. ... It's important to note that [Shamima's] husband, Yago Riedijk, is a Dutch man and is wanted for an act of terrorism in Arnhem in the Netherlands. It is also important to note that her father ... is a supporter of Isis and the Caliphate. One also has to ask the question when Shamima and her friends left to go to Syria - how did a fifteen-year-old girl get the monies, transport, passport and guidance to get there? It seems the trip was very well planned and executed. My experience of Muslim girls as young as these three were is that they can hardly go out to the shops without a chaperone and strict rules to follow..."

All Muslims who refuse to adopt [Western] values should be deported. Ban Muslim immigration, ban the hijab, ban mosques, and ban halal meat. Anybody who breaks these laws should be deported" / "She also still clearly believes everything Islamic Sate stands for, why isn't she applying for asylum in an Islamic country? Why in the world should your country, your people, feel sorry for her???!!!" / "Multiculturalism doesn't work and it's time we're honest with ourselves" / "It should simply be the case that if you join a foreign terrorist group, you lose your citizenship" / "Prime example of the pathological altruism of western liberalism at play" / "The government will probably let her back in and give her a house and benefits while our ex-soldiers are living on the streets" / "She turned traitor. She can't come back. If she does she goes to jail for treason" / "Consider this: Some people claim that it's the West's fault the muslims must 'flee' to the West. When they are allowed in, but become radicalised, that's the fault of the West too. When the radicalised Muslims are not allowed to go and join IS, the West is bigoted. When the radicalised muslims run off anyway to IS, but then want to come back in, the West is again bigoted for not allowing them in. Can we assume that when the radicalised muslims return and are not happy still, that is all the West's fault too??"
No Return for Islamic State Monsters (18 February 2019)
"Our knowledge of Islamic State concubine Shamima Begum has increased in recent days. Initially all we understood was that this 'British school girl' had travelled from the UK to join up with the dark ages death cult Islamic State. She made this decision in 2015 which was AFTER the world became aware of the genocidal savagery that characterised that group. So it is safe to conclude that the barbarism attracted her - not surprised her. In the past few days our understanding of Ms Begum has been enhanced as follows:..."
Against Britain (18 February 2019)
"Conventional law enforcement is an utterly ineffective tool for tackling Islamic terrorism for at least three reasons. ... English law has an entirely appropriate legal measure that has remained unused since the Second World War: the offence of treason. A person commits high treason if, inter alia, they 'levy war against the sovereign and adhere to the sovereign's enemies giving them aid and comfort.' This is precisely what ISIS fetishist Shamima Begum has done ... It also reflects the true wickedness of British jihadis who are not merely misbehaving within our society, but showing active enmity to that society stemming from an external allegiance ... the term 'traitor' is eminently accurate to describe the jihadi enemy within..."
No Jihadis Please, We're British (18 February 2019)
"To those who say we should let the little sweetie back in on account of her age and lack of understanding about the mean old world, I ask you why risk another tube attack, why risk another Ariana Grande concert bombing? What's your sense of Utopia worth, is your virtue signalling and so called political correctness worth risking the lives of others, of your own children or even yourself? Madame Begum ceased to be a Briton the moment she decided we were the enemy. She is a defector. Defectors to a state with whom we were at war, to become enemy combatants or their supporters are not treated as civilians in domestic courts. They are no longer UK citizens [sic] through their own choice to eschew their citizenry in favour of another nation (in this case, Islamic State)..."

Oops! She Joined a Terrorist Group (17 February 2019)
"You know how it feels when you just go abroad on holiday in a war zone only to find yourself a member of a terrorist group. Such an easy mistake to make... The way the mainstream media have been this week publishing sob stories and pleas for Islamic State recruit Shamima Begum to be allowed to come back to the UK has been truly sickening. For example the BBC published this 'breaking news' story on the front page of their website:..."
The ISIS Bride (17 February 2019)
"There is really only subject of debate this weekend, precipitated by the Times's deeply cynical report on a former 'ISIS bride' asking to be brought back home. Our readers'; endorsement of [this] post which dwelt on the moral bankruptcy - indeed evil - it has exposed, expressed in equal measure their sheer outrage, bemusement and wearied despair that her return should even be in question..." / Viewer's comment: "Ah yes, the 15-year-old schoolgirls who were too young and vulnerable to know what they were doing but to whom the very same people bleating about that want to give the vote"
The Questions Maajid Nawaz Won't Answer (17 February 2019)
"The UK media has been replete with debate on the request from Islamic State concubine and terrorist comforter Shamima Begum that she be allowed to return from her Syrian prison to the UK. Some say she should be allowed back, others think that she should be absolutely kept out. Readers will know that Begum left the UK with two associates in 2015 to help wage Jihad in Syria with the barbaric forces of the head choppers of Islamic State. I asked a few straightforward questions of LBC presenter Maajid Nawaz but they seem to have caused a problem. Let's review what happened..."
Real Housewife of Raqqa: Demands 'Britain SHOULD Have Sympathy for Me" (17 February 2019)

She is the girl from Bethnal Green who decided that she would leave her life in London and go to Syria with two classmates to marry an ISIS fighter and have his kids. You remember ISIS, right - they are the ones that chop people's heads off and post the video on the internet ... What the do-gooders are asking, what they are demanding, is that the British government use the resources of the British taxpayers and put lives of soldiers at risk in trying to extricate Ms Begum from Syria. This would be morally wrong ... morally bankrupt and irresponsible ... go and give comfort and aid to the enemy and we will then rescue them..."
Welcome Back, Miss Jihad (15 February 2019)
"Four years ago, Shamima Begum of Bethnal Green, London, 15, was your typical rebellious teenager. Except that she didn't express her rebellion by smoking the odd splif, listening to rap and telling her parents to shut up. Instead she went to Syria to fight with ISIS. As far as she was concerned, the world was strictly binary: there were the righteous (Muslims) and the infidels (everyone else). Since her native Britain was still predominantly infidel (even though her part of London wasn't), she knew whose side she was on. Her side blew up public transport, raped women, burned people alive, tortured them, tossed them off tall buildings, cut off their heads. That was just fine with young Shamima..."
Shamima Begum - We Must Not Risk Bringing Her Back to the UK (15 February 2019)
"There has been a massive and justifiable expression of anger both from social media and via mainstream media polls about the prospect of the ISIS bride Shamima Begum returning to the UK. I haven't seen anything positive, outside of the middle class Left Guardianista class to suggest that there is any real appetite for allowing [her] and her baby into the UK. Even on usually Lefty online enclaves, such as Urban75, there has been ... a significant level of support for keeping Begum out of Britain. The mainstream Sky News is also reporting that a poll of a sample of their customers showed that 76% wanted Begum kept out against 16% who wanted her brought back..."
Tom Holland Twitter Thread (15 February 2019)
"This is a Yazidi I met in a roasting refugee camp, with his 2 surviving children. He lost 2 daughters (both under the age of 12) to the beds of ISIS rapists, and his elder sons to brainwashers who turned them into killers for the Caliphate. His wife was also enslaved. She was shot through the head when she tried to escape. She survived but was left brain-damaged. The owner, via intermediaries, sold her back to her husband. While I spoke to him, I could hear her moaning behind a curtain, beating her head on concrete. Sinjar fell in 2014. This was a year before Shamima Begum went to to join ISIS. She knew full well about the fate of the Yazidi girls younger than her, because her recruiter boasted about it, and laughed about their suffering. Yazidi slaves were part of the Caliphate's marketing ... She was knowingly complicit in their suffering. If we simply give her a slap on the wrist, we betray them. Should we be privileging the misery of a British citizen over the misery of those whose sufferings were infinitely greater, and which she knowingly contributed to? If we do, what kind of message are we sending to other British citizens who may be tempted to do as she did? ... Yazidi children are not British, & so do not appear on the front of British newspapers. But they too are trapped in camps - bereaved, raped, traumatized beyond our worst nightmares. ... Are they not owed compassion?..."
This Isn't Your Home Anymore, Shamima (14 February 2019)
"To see the staggering narcissism and sense of entitlement that exists among certain sections of British youth today, look no further than the comments made by Shamima Begum ... Her interview is like a distillation of all the worst traits of the identitarian sections of youthful society. There's her blissful, haughty rejection of the idea that one's choices and one's behaviour might have consequences ... the casual, implicitly arrogant assumption that it is absolutely fine that she holds values that run directly, violently counter to British values ... And there's the obsession with the self ... In Begum's enclosed, self-reflecting, morally warped universe, [ISIS's victims] seem not to matter. Apparently she is the victim, not them..."
Shamima Begum Should Not Be Permitted to Return to the UK (14 February 2019)
"Shamima Begum, a British national, left the UK in 2015 when she was 15 years old to join the forces of the Islamic State. Now she wants to leave Syria and come 'back home' because she is tired and pregnant (and the Caliphate has collapsed) ... When you read her interview in the Times, it is hard not to be moved by the sincerity of her grief and remorse: now 19, she is manifestly a changed person: heart softened, mind transformed, totally repentant of her decision to join the Islamist [sic] murderers of the Daesh death cult. Oh, sorry, no. Got that bit wrong (these things happen). Apologies. She actually told the Times: 'I don't regret coming here.' Okay..."
Yeah, Let's Welcome Back the Jihadi Bride Who Is 'Unfazed' By Severed Heads (14 February 2019)
"Britain is one of the most generous, indulgent liberal democracies in the world ... For this, remarkably little is demanded in return, save that you don't do anything bad like betray your country or kill innocent people ... Already the cries have arisen from the usual suspects ... [that] Miss Begum - and her other surviving friend, if she makes it - should be treated as a 'victim'. This is how liberal democracy slowly commits suicide - through the phenomenon known as 'pathological altruism'. The state is now more interested in parading its moral virtue than it is in protecting its citizens [EMcD: which, de facto, means it is no moral virtue at all]..."
Gerard Batten: ISIS Recruit Should Never Be Let Back In (14 February 2019)
"Ms Begum has rejected British and Western cultural standards by joining Islamic State. It is unclear whether she took part in fighting herself; however, she displays no remorse or regrets for her actions. Britain must send a zero-tolerance message to anyone who leaves the country to join criminal terrorist organisations like Islamic State. Ms Begum should remain in Syria to face justice because that is where Islamic State have committed their crimes."
"Amira Abase, Shamima Begum and Kadiza Sultana are three British women who previously attended the Bethnal Green Academy in London before leaving home in February 2015 to join the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL). On his Facebook page he attacked Muslims who prayed for the victims of the Charlie Hebdo massacre in Paris ... denied that any mosque or university Islamic society promotes extremism ... represented Abu Nusaybah, a close friend of Adebolajo ... Good News on Shamima Begum But Maybe Not Quite Good Enough (20 February 2019)
"Begum is not only likely to be a security risk herself if she came back to the UK, but is also likely to be an inspiration to other Muslims who are radicalising. ... If there is one thing that this case has brought to the public's attention ... it is the deficiencies of the Statelessness Conventions. These Conventions were formulated for a very different time and to counter very different problems from those we face today. ... Those who negotiated and put together the various Statelessness Conventions were not having to deal with massive levels of Islamic terrorism. The framers of these Conventions may not have imagined a situation where a nation had a significant minority of individuals who are technically citizens of a nation but who show zero loyalty to it and go out of their way to destroy the country of which they are citizens ... British governments, and indeed all Western governments, need to be able to exclude and exile those Muslims who have chosen to ally themselves with Islamic terror groups no matter what their citizenship status may be..."

"The UK urgently needs a new definition of treason that will recognise the nature of the threats we face today ... "Ban all ISIS members from returning to the UK, remove their citizenship and passports. By banning all returning ISIS members and by removing their citizenship and passports it would help keep the UK safe from terrorists and their actions. It would also send a message to others that membership of terrorist organisations will not be tolerated."
"I find I must enter a plea of temporary madness before proceeding: I found myself watching BBC TV's news programme for a few minutes this morning, while sipping a steaming mug of freshly brewed coffee. In the sequence I beheld, a woman from a charity tasked with assisting poor, innocent victims of Islamist [sic] grooming to recover from their ordeals was urging compassion and warning against unspecified 'far right groups' who were seizing upon this news item to 'spread hate'. I may be mistaken, but I think by 'far right groups' (a descriptor that the BBC interviewers of course failed to ask her to elaborate on or define in any way and simply let her proceed with her pious simpering), she was referring to Brits who do not subscribe to the deranged multiculti/'diversity is our strength' views of the middle-class halfwits who comprise Momentum.
"But when she referred to grooming, she wasn't referring to the countless numbers of little girls across the UK who had been manipulated and coerced into being used as brutalised sex slaves by certain proponents of a certain religion. She was referring to Islamist [sic] adolescents like Ms Begum, who had somehow been forced to voluntarily research ISIS in the internet, and then forced to voluntarily leave the country that had afforded her hospitality and sanctuary, and join forces with perhaps its deadliest enemies: the scimitar-wielding, beheading, bloodthirsty death cult known as ISIS.
"To be fair, a young man who left the country for more honourable purposes - to fight in combat against ISIS - was also allowed to speak, pointing out certain inconvenient truths about Ms Begum's actions. Whereas she had chosen to read ISIS propaganda online in order to agree fulsomely with it, he had read the same material and chosen to risk his life in order to fight what he regarded as pure evil. 'But she was only 15,' one of the interviewers pleaded, to which he replied: 'Which is well above the age of criminal responsibility.'
"Let Ms Begum, if she manages to return to the UK under her own steam, be prosecuted in a legal tribunal observing full due process that takes due account of the 'youthful idiocy' factor. But don't risk a single hair on a single British soldier's head in some perversely misguided, virtue-signalling, sentimental, deluded and unspeakably dangerous mission to rescue her, simply to make a few right-on Lefties feel good about themselves.
"Would she be wanting to return to Britain if ISIS wasn't falling to pieces around her ears? Somehow, I doubt it" [comment at source].
"Contrast the call for [Shamima Begum] to come home and be feted by those on the left who see this as a cause celebre, to the plight of Asia Bibi, a Pakistani Christian woman begging for sanctuary in a Christian country from her persecution in Pakistan. Oh no - there was no outrage, no sympathy for this young lady! The Prime Minister no less intervened on this one in order to put it to bed. Asia, who spent eight years in jail for an offense of blasphemy she clearly did not commit was turned down by our Theresa on the grounds that letting her come here might, just might, upset certain communities within our parishes.
"Oh how wrong this country has become! Oh how we have gone off our axis and wallow in the soup of pathetic virtue signalling and Political Correctness! How can we ever get ourselves out of this soup made of the ingredients of wrong decision making, clever platitudes, lies and deceit! When did standing up for what is right and proper, truthful and common sense, become so wrong? Why do we not put our people and children first?" [source].
"The jihadi bride, Shamima Begum, has been stripped of her British citizenship. But the question is, for how long? Not very long, I'd say. I'll guarantee that within 3 years [she] will be back in Britain and living on benefits. Some facts about jihadi bride, Shamima Begum, and the modern UK: This murderous jihadi bride wasn't stripped of her British citizenship because she would be a danger to the British people. She was stripped of her citizenship because she embarrassed British Muslims.
"British Muslims were embarrassed because Shamima Begum didn't pretend to condemn Isis. They were also upset because she didn't pretend to condemn beheadings and other outrages committed on the innocent by Isis. British Muslims were also upset because Begum didn't pretend to condemn the Manchester terror attack. It sounds strange but Shamima Begum has been banned from Britain because when she was asked questions about Islamic terror atrocities she answered in accordance with what the Koran had taught her.
"If Begum had pretended to condemn Isis and other outrages she'd have slipped back into Britain hardly noticed. But her truthful condoning of Isis and terror attacks has brought returning jihadis extra publicity which in turn makes it harder for them to come back. British Muslims are upset and embarrassed because when asked these questions Shamima Begum had a duty to lie. It's known in Islam as Taqiyya. This jihadi bride should have adhered to Taqiyya and pretended to condemn the Islamic terror atrocities. The only reason jihadi bride, Shamima Begum, has been stripped of her British citizenship is because she [did not] adhere to Islamic principles. But it won't be a life sentence; they'll soon want her back..." [comment at source].
"In 1946, William Joyce, aka Lord Haw-Haw, was hanged for treason ... Before the war this US-born Irishman led the National Socialist League, competing with the British Union of Fascists led by Oswald Mosley. Shortly before the war, he cheated his way to a British passport and slipped off to Germany. There he became Goebbels's leading English-language broadcaster ... After the war, he was charged with treason in Britain, but the case was far from clear-cut ... What hanged Joyce was a technicality springing from the ancient legal principle invoked by the prosecution: protectio trahit subjectionem, et subjectio protectionem (protection entails allegiance; and allegiance, protection). Joyce might not have been entitled to a British passport, but he did use it to travel to Germany. Therefore he was under the protection of the British crown and owed allegiance to it.
"That case is relevant to the Shamima situation because it establishes an unbreakable link between protection and allegiance, fully equating a British passport with protection. That document, in other words, is a bilateral contract. One party exchanges its protection for the other party's allegiance. Either party's failure to comply with the terms of that contract thus constitutes forfeiture. Since Shamima has manifestly withdrawn her allegiance from this infidel realm, the realm is within its right to withdraw its protection, otherwise know as citizenship. Hence if she were to return, she should be charged with treason and spend the rest of her life in prison" [source].
"This cognitive dissonance - this simultaneous boasting about being unfazed by the severing of kafir's heads and pleading to be allowed back into Britain for a 'quiet life' - is actually very revealing. It speaks to what happens when people are brought up in a society as segmented and morally fractured as Britain currently is. That Begum thinks it perfectly natural that she can express no regret about siding with ISIS and call on Britain to bring her home and care for her tells us much about life under the ideology of multiculturalism.
"Modern Britain is a nation that refuses to state clearly what its values are, and which in fact celebrates being 'multi-values'. All value systems are fine and none is superior to any other - that is the rallying cry of the multicultural era. As a consequence, Britain has become divided, disjointed, split into various, often conflicting communities and value systems. ... And if you criticise this process? You're an Islamophobe. This is the double-whammy illiberalism of the ideology of multiculturalism: it divides communities and then it clamps down on open, frank, discussion about such worrying and sometime dangerous division..." "After Cain killed his brother, the Lord told him, ... 'Cursed shall you be from the earth', ... and so it has been. The earth under their feet may be cursed, it yields nothing but sand and thistles, ... They become worshippers of death dreaming of the green verdant fields of paradise which they can reach only if they kill enough men, women and children. Leaving devastation behind them, dead lands, lost cultures, widows and orphans, they claw their way up to heaven on a ladder of bones. Everything around them dies until the only green is on their flags. They are cursed from the earth and they curse the earth. Where they go, the world dies. ... Cain sows fields of corpses of the innocent for the Lord and he still does not understand why his sacrifice is not accepted and why the earth he dwells on is cursed. ... From Iraq to Iran, from Kuwait to Saudi Arabia, from Nigeria to Somalia, from Pakistan to Indonesia, he holds up human heads and cries 'Allahu Akbar'. ... There is no room for Cain anywhere. Where he remains there will be death and suffering. He will kill because it is all he can do. He has nothing else to offer the world, his own kind, or the Creator.. ... He kills from one end of the world to the next and it is never his fault. Each time, each Abel did it. ... His code is cruelty and his holy book is written in blood on the flayed skins of his murdered victims. ... The cries of peoples long vanished from the earth warn us that we will either drive out Cain or his curse will fill our lands with blood and dust and all that we love and all that we have worked for will die at his cursed touch" [source].
