Cultural Marxism's "Long March Through The Institutions" of Western Civilisation

"I saw the revolutionary destruction of Society as the one and only solution.
A worldwide overturning of values cannot take place without the annihilation of the old values
and the creation of new ones by the revolutionaries"

[George Lukacs, The Frankfurt School]

"We will make the West so corrupt that it stinks"

Political Correctness Watch

"[This blog records] Political Correctness around the world and its stifling of liberty and sense. [It chronicles] a slowly developing dictatorship."

Big Brother Watch

"Big Brother Watch was set up to challenge policies that threaten our privacy, our freedoms and our civil liberties, and to expose the true scale of the surveillance state. Founded in 2009, we have produced unique research exposing the erosion of civil liberties in the UK, looking at the dramatic expansion of surveillance powers, the growth of the database state and the misuse of personal information. We campaign to give individuals more control over their personal data, and hold to account those who fail to respect our privacy, whether private companies, government departments or local authorities. "

Education Watch International

"Comments on the parlous state of modern education..."

Migration Watch UK

"Migration Watch UK is an independent think tank. ... We entirely accept that genuine refugees should be welcomed; nowadays those granted protection comprise only about 3% of net foreign immigration. We also recognise that many immigrants have made a valuable contribution to our society in terms both of skills and diversity so we are not opposed to immigration that is moderate and managed. At present it is neither. Out purpose is to monitor developments, conduct research, and provide the public with full and accurate facts placed in their proper context. ... According to the projections of the ONS, the population of the UK will increase by 10 million in the next 24 years, mainly in England. Nearly 70% of this increase will be due to immigration. We believe that this will place an unacceptable strain on our public services, infrastructure and environment. Our concern is widely shared by the public; 81% want to see a substantial reduction in immigration..."

CultureWatch

"We live in an age where we see evidence of cultural decline, the erosion of values, the decline of civility, the denial of truth and the elevation of unreason. Many people are asking, 'Where is our culture heading?'  This website is devoted to exploring the major cultural, social and political issues of the day. It offers reflection and commentary drawing upon the wealth of wisdom found in the Judeo-Christian tradition. It offers reflective and incisive commentary on a wide range of issues, helping to sort through the maze of competing opinions, worldviews, ideologies and value systems. it will discuss critically and soberly where our culture is heading. Happy reading!"

UK Column

"The UKColumn is a free media organisation that was set up by ordinary people ... who are sick and tired of the media cover-ups, one sided journalism and blatant political propaganda. The truth is simply not being reported by the mainstream media anymore.  UKColumn looks at:  The 'Charity' Common Purpose and its role in creating 'future leaders';  Leveson and the descent into state-controlled media;  Paedophile cover-ups and child stealing by the state;  United Nations Agenda 21 and Sustainable Madness;  The rising tide of higher food prices, petrol, gas, electricity, and water;  Mass youth unemployment;  The vicious assault on the sick and elderly by the state-run NHS..."

Civil Liberty

"This will come as a surprise to many of our friends based overseas but Great Britain is now one of the most repressive regimes in the world. We operate under the tyranny of political correctness which is just a floppy term for the repressive implementation of one single, dare we say, rather twisted, view of human society, which doesn't allow for dissent or opposition. The regime creates the framework within which they declare views are either acceptable and tolerated or unacceptable and repressed. it is a framework which defies common sense and is one which even declares that in a court of law, the truth shall be no defence. Civil Liberty has been established to help individuals who have fallen victim to the tyranny of this twisted concept of government. We are independent of any political party and will step in to defend individuals. There is a lot you can do is you are passionate about freedom of speech and worried and fearful of the erosion of civil liberties in Britain..."

DiscoverTheNetworks: A Guide to the Political Left

"This website describes the networks and agendas of the political Left. The database is divided into 10 major sections: Groups; Issues; Politics; Academia; Books; Media; Arts and Culture; Jihad; Funders; Individuals. ... Because the term 'Left' is commonly misunderstood as a synonym for 'Liberal', it will be useful to clearly define, from the outset, precisely what the Left is..."

The Family Research Institute

"The Family Research Institute was founded in 1982 with one overriding mission: to generate empirical research on issues that threaten the traditional family, particularly homosexuality, AIDS, sexual social policy, and drug abuse. FRI believes that published scientific material has a profound impact, both in the United States and around the world. FRI was the first traditional-minded organization to conduct scientific research in these areas and to publish it in peer-reviewed professional journals. Produced by scholars, this research provides lasting empirical evidence and influences public policy. FRI's scientific articles can be accessed in almost all university and medical libraries around the globe. Family Research Institute is a non-profit scientific and educational corporation that believes the strength of our society depends on preserving America's historic moral framework and the traditional family..."

Justice for Families Campaign Group

"Justice for Families is the Public Family Law reform Coordinating Campaign. It is chaired by John Hemming MP and has been set up to support families who have suffered at the hands of a system that is urgently in need of reform. it campaigns for a just system of Public Family Law where the right decisions are taken through due process and with proper evidence."

Parents Against Injustice (PAIN)

"We are a voluntary organisation, run and funded by volunteers who are here to provide help and support to families caught in the care system. ... The group is here to campaign, lobby, give advice and support to parents and carers who feel they have been wrongly accused of child abuse, make parents aware of their legal rights, assist them in getting lawyers and help them recover after being pulled through a system which often leaves them feeling abused themselves."

Preying: Protecting Children in a Christian Context

"It's no secret that there are many child molesters on the prowl today. Less well known is that these people represent a headache for Christians, because our fellowships are usually open to all and because we can be too trusting. ... This on-line book and accompanying website reveals the chilling growth in child sex attacks throughout [church] denominations. It also explains why this growth is taking place, and describes the simple, God-ordained ways in which churches can avoid this hazard and keep their children safe from even the most cunning, determined and experienced molesters and their devastating actions"

What Liberals Say

"What Liberals Say was developed by Accuracy in Media as a unique and comprehensive resource for statements made by liberals. The objective is to showcase hundreds - and eventually thousands - of statements by high-profile liberals on controversial subjects like gun control, multiculturalism and global warming. On the ideological battleground, liberals often attempt to define conservatives by distorting what conservatives have said. Repeated distortions in the mainstream press leave the public with an inaccurate perception of the original idea. However, when liberals say things that are embarrassing, foolish, or just plain wrong, the mainstream press often turns a deaf ear. A quotation may receive some attention, but it is frequently hidden or downplayed. What Liberals Say is dedicated to defining Liberals not by the accusations or distortions of conservatives, but rather by what liberals themselves have actually said. These quotations paint a picture of liberals and liberalism untainted by mainstream media spin."

Liberty GB

"[All the main political parties] manifestly refuse to discuss the most important issues of our time, namely mass immigration from the Third World, the steady rise of fundamentalist Islam and the hijacking of traditional British culture and institutions by well-organised left-wing 'progressives'. There is no guarantee at such a late stage that Britain can be saved, but Liberty GB will endeavour to put a stop to our rapidly accelerating descent into economic, educational, moral, cultural and social ruin. Britain could be a wonderful country again, but it will take politics bordering on the revolutionary to achieve this vision."

United Kingdom Independence Party

"UKIP was founded in 1993 to campaign for the UK's withdrawal from the EU. ... But the EU is only the biggest symptom of the real problem - the theft of our democracy by a powerful, remote political 'elite' ... We believe in the right of the people of the UK to govern ourselves, rather than be governed by unelected bureaucrats in Brussels ... We believe in the minimum necessary government which defends individual freedom, supports those in real need, takes a s little of our money as possible and doesn't interfere in our lives. We believe in democracy devolved to the people, through national and local referendums on key issues, so that laws are made by the people's will, not the fads of the political class."

The Traditional Britain Group

"British traditions are under threat as never before. Political correctness and enforced multiculturalism have watered down our rich national character and have forced honest and intelligent people to hide their true feelings for fear of reprisals. Since World War II, assaults on our culture, heritage, constitution and institutions have gathered apace, leaving many dismayed and thirsty for a change. Most British people yearn for the attacks on British traditions to cease so that we can begin to rebuild our lost and damaged heritage. Today liberal-left ideas have come to dominate all areas of British society. The traditional, organic and intrinsic, social, spiritual, legal and economic institutions of the British have been undermined and destroyed in the name of vague promises of equality and freedom. ... The TBG hopes to demonstrate that ... the English, Welsh, Irish and Scottish nations are worth preserving!"

Pegida UK

"PEGIDA, The Patriotic Europeans Against the Islamisation of the West, was launched in October 2014 in Dresden, Germany, and the movement has since expanded across Europe and reached a global presence as far away as America and Australia.  Not sure about supporting PEGIDA UK?  Here are ten good reasons why you should..."

Recommended Books and DVDs etc

The books below should all be available from either their publisher or usedbooksearch

1984

"This novel is a masterpiece. It is one of the greatest political novels ever written, showing a picture of totalitarianism and the struggle to keep control. It is little wonder so much of the terminology of the novel is now part of our language as the horror of the society portrayed has seeped into our culture. In case that sounds dull, this book is actually a can't-put-down page turner. The central love story is moving and tragic; the character of Winston a spark of genius, he is brave and cowardly, certain and confused, hero and anti-hero. At the risk of sounding like the Thought Police I'll finish by adding the comment that everyone should read this book. Powerful" [Customer review at Amazon.co.uk].

Animal Farm

"Since its publication in 1946, George Orwell's fable of a worker's revolution gone wrong has been recognized as a classic of modern political satire. Fuelled by Orwell's intense disillusionment with Soviet Communism, Animal Farm is a nearly perfect piece of writing - both an engaging story and an allegory that actually works. When the downtrodden beasts of Manor Farm oust their drunken human master and take over management of the land, all are awash in collectivist zeal. ... The animals' Seven Commandment credo is painted in big white letters on the barn: All animals are equal. ... Too soon, however, the pigs, who have styled themselves leaders by virtue of their intelligence, succumb to the temptations of privilege and power..." [Review at Amazon.co.uk]

Brave New World

"Far in the future, the World Controllers have created the ideal society. Through clever use of genetic engineering, brainwashing, and recreational sex and drugs, all its members are happy consumers. Bernard Marx seems alone in harbouring an ill-defined longing to break free. A visit to one of the few remaining Savage Reservations, where the old, imperfect life still continues, may be the cure for his distress... Huxley's ingenious fantasy sheds a blazing light on the present..."

The Retreat of Reason: Political Correctness and the Corruption of Public Debate in Modern Britain

"Political Correctness started in academia, but it now dominates schools, hospitals, local authorities, the civil service, the media, companies, the police and the army. For the first time, Britain is now ruled by a government in thrall to PC. PC suppresses truth to goodness, giving superficially moral arguments primacy over rational ones. ... [It sees] its opponents not just as wrong, but as malign..."

The New Thought Police: Inside the Left's Assault on Free Speech and Free Minds

"Our freedom to speak our minds is under attack. Like the Thought Police of George Orwell's 1984, powerful special interest groups on the Left are mounting a withering assault on our rights in the name of 'social equality'. Liberty has been turned on its ear as the rights of the few restrict the freedom of everyone. In [this book, the author] ... cuts through the deluge of politically correct speech and thought codes to expose the dangerous rise of Left-wing McCarthyism. Provocative and persuasive, this book is a clarion call to anyone interested in preserving liberty"

Liberal Fascism: The Secret History of the Left From Mussolini to the Politics of Meaning

"Today the word 'fascist' is usually an insult aimed at those on the right, ... Calling someone a fascist is the fastest way to shut them up, defining their views as beyond the political pale. ... [W]e have forgotten what fascism is. ... [W]hat does it really mean? What if the true heirs to fascism were actually those who thought of themselves as being terribly nice and progressive - the liberals?..."

After the Flood: The Early Post-Flood History of Europe

Creation Science Movement          Creationism.org

"History has never been so popular. The man in the street has never been so well informed about his past as he is today. And yet it is a sad and unhappy fact that for all that has been said, written and broadcast about the early and more recent history of mankind, there remains a very large body of historical evidence that is mostly passed over in silence by today's scholars. And because it is passed over by today's scholars, it never reaches today's general public. I say that his is sad because it is not as if this vast fund of knowledge is hard to get at. On the contrary, every fact that you are about to read is available to anyone who takes the trouble to look..."

The War Against Boys: How Misguided Feminism is Harming Our Young Men

"[T]he best-known studies and the academic experts say that it's girls who are suffering from a decline in self-esteem. ... The problem with boys is that they are boys, say the experts. We need to change their nature. We have to make them more like... girls. ... Under the guise of helping girls, many schools have adopted policies that penalize boys, often for simply being masculine. [This author] says that boys do need help, but not the sort they've been getting. ... They need love, discipline, respect, and moral guidance. They desperately need understanding. They do not need to be rescued from masculinity"

The Spoilt Generation: Why Restoring Authority Will Make Our Children and Society Happier

"In the space of a few decades the way we parent has changed dramatically. Something we once did intuitively has become the subject of political fashion, guided by experts. The result? Our children - right across society - are now spoilt in ways that go far beyond materialism. They have been given so much in terms of legislation, rights and experience, yet they are suffering unimaginably, with rates of child depression, underage pregnancy, obesity and pre-teen alcoholism the highest since records began. By removing boundaries and retreating from authority, we adults have, it seems, failed our children, robbing them of their basic supporting structures. In this book, [the author] - himself a hands-on father of four - takes issues by the scruff of the neck, among them children's sense of entitlement, the effects of television and computers, single-parent homes and 'blended' families, parental guilt and the compensation culture. Tackling each one in a refreshingly honest and direct way, he offers a clear and practical message to us all - parents, grandparents, teachers and policy-makers alike - as to how we can redress the status quo, redefine our roles and, together, cultivate better-behaved and happier children."

To Train Up A Child

"Parents that put off training until their child is old enough to discuss issues or receive explanations will find he has become a terror long before he understands the meaning of the word. A newborn soon needs training. ... To neglect training is to create miserable circumstances for you and your child. Out of ignorance many have bypassed training and expected discipline alone to effect proper behavior. It has not worked. ... This book is not about discipline, nor problem children. The emphasis is on the training of a child before the need to discipline arises. It is apparent that though they expect obedience, many parents never attempt to train their child to obey. They wait until his behavior becomes unbearable and then explode. ... Any parent ... can, with a proper vision and knowledge of the technique, have happy obedient children. This is not a theory; it is a practical reality that has been successfully applied many times over. ... These principles are profoundly simple and extremely obvious..."

Family Fundamentals

"The happy home many of us remember is in trouble. Divorce rates rise continuously. Children are considered to be a burden or are allowed to run the home. The solution of mental health practitioners is counseling. The solution of government is parenting programs and day-care centers. The solution of educators is for us to give them our children at an earlier age. It is the author's conviction that the solution is in getting back to biblical truth about the home. God has given His instruction manual. The Bible outlines the structure for a happy home. The Bible tells us how to form the character of happy, obedient children. The answers do not lie with psychologists, government experts, or educators. Rather, we need to obey what God says."

Sara Sue Learns To Yell & Tell  and  Samuel Learns To Yell & Tell

"A warning for children against sexual predators. Ninety percent of all child sexual predators are close friends to the family or family members themselves. The only way your child will ever know how to avoid being sexually exploited is that he/she has been carefully taught how to know ' the bad guy' and what to do when he says, 'Don't tell'. Yell & Tell books are written to save your child"

Bias: A CBS Insider Exposes How the Media Distort the News

"In his nearly thirty years at CBS News, [this author, an] Emmy Award winner ... earned a reputation as one of the preeminent reporters in the television news business. When he looked at his own industry, however, he saw that the media far too often ignored their primary mission: to provide objective, disinterested reporting. Again and again he saw that the news slanted to the left. For years, [this author] appealed to reporters, producers, and network executives for more balanced reporting, but no one listened. The liberal bias continued. Now, breaking ranks and naming names, he reveals a corporate news culture in which the closed-mindedness is breathtaking and in which entertainment wins over hard news every time."

Amusing Ourselves to Death

"What Orwell feared were those who would ban books. What Huxley feared was that there would be no reason to ban a book, for there would be no one who wanted to read one. Orwell feared those who would deprive us of information. Huxley feared those who would give us so much that we would be reduced to passivity and egoism. Orwell feared the truth would be concealed from us. Huxley feared the truth would be drowned in a sea of irrelevance. Orwell feared we would become a captive culture. Huxley feared we would become a trivial culture, ... In 1984 ... people are controlled by inflicting pain. In Brave New World they are controlled by inflicting pleasure. In short, Orwell feared that what we hate will ruin us. Huxley feared that what we love will ruin us. ... [This author] ... argues eloquently and convincingly that television is transforming our culture into one vast arena for show business in which all public affairs - politics, religion, news, education, journalism, commerce - have been turned into a form of entertainment. [This book] is an urgent plea for us to question what is happening before it is too late."

The Politically Incorrect Guide To... Series

www.regnery.com/imprint/politically-incorrect-guides/

"First introduced in 2004, for a decade now these terrific volumes have helped to bring us a bit of truth and evidence, challenging the PC version of events. Fact is separated from fiction on a whole range of topics. ... The need for these books should be fairly obvious. Not only is the mainstream media largely dominated by those of the secular left, so too is much of Western education. Indeed, most textbooks would also reflect the leftist PC version of things, and it is hard to get more conservative perspectives on most issues being debated today. The same is true of most bookstores today in the West. ... [if you] want to get a bit of broader view on topics which have tended to come from just one slant, then this series will be a great resource indeed ... Here is the full set thus far:  American History  /  Islam and the Crusades  /  Science  /  Women, Sex and Feminism  /  Darwinism and Intelligent Design  /  English and American Literature  /  Capitalism  /  the Bible  /  Global Warming and Environmentalism  /  the South  /  the Constitution  /  Western Civilisation  /  the Middle East  /  Hunting  /  the Civil War  /  the Founding Fathers  /  the Great Depression and the New Deal  /  the Sixties  /  the Vietnam War  / the British Empire  /  Socialism  /  Real American Heroes  /  the Presidents" [Bill Muehlenberg].

Enemy of the State

http://tommyrobinson.co.uk/

"The high price one man paid for exercising his right to free speech.  [This author] describes the uncomfortable truths about growing up in a town blighted by Islamic extremism and criminal gangs.  When he led a street protest in support of British troops, the State set about destroying his livelihood and persecuting his family, before throwing him into the the violent Muslim underworld that runs England's prisons.  Finally, they tried to blackmail him into working for them..."

The Frankfurt School

"The Frankfurt School believed that as long as an individual had the belief - or even the hope of belief - that his divine gift of reason could solve the problems facing society, then that society would never reach the state of hopelessness and alienation that they considered necessary to provoke socialist revolution.

Their task, therefore, was as swiftly as possible to undermine the Judaeo-Christian legacy. To do this they called for the most negative destructive criticism possible of every sphere of life which would be designed to de-stabilize society and bring down what they saw as the 'oppressive' order. Their policies, they hoped, would spread like a virus - 'continuing the work of Western Marxists by other means' as one of their members noted.

To further the advance of their 'quiet' cultural revolution ... the [Frankfurt] School recommended (among other things):

(1) the creation of racism offences,
(2) continual change to create confusion,
(3) the teaching of sex and homosexuality to children,
(4) the undermining of schools' and teachers' authority,
(5) huge immigration to destroy identity,
(6) the promotion of excessive drinking,
(7) emptying of churches,
(8) an unreliable legal system with bias against victims of crime,
(9) dependency on the state or state benefits,
(10) control and dumbing down of media,
(11) encouraging the breakdown of the family.

One of the main ideas of the Frankfurt School was to exploit Freud's idea of 'pansexualism' - the search for pleasure, the exploitation of the differences between the sexes, the overthrowing of traditional relationships between men and women. To further their aims they would:

(a) attack the authority of the father, deny the specific roles of father and mother, and wrest away from families their rights as primary educators of their children,
(b) abolish differences in the education of boys and girls,
(c) abolish all forms of male dominance - hence the presence of women in the armed forces,
(d) declare women to be an 'oppressed class' and men as 'oppressors'."

Programmes of Treason

"There are eight levels of control that must be obtained before you are able to create a social state:

  • Healthcare - Control healthcare and you control the people;

  • Poverty - Increase the Poverty level as high as possible, poor people are easier to control and will not fight back if you are providing everything for them to live;

  • Debt - Increase the debt to an unsustainable level. That wa6y you are able to increase taxes, and this will produce more poverty;

  • Gun Control - Remove the ability to defend themselves from the Government. That way you are able to create a police state;

  • Welfare - Take control of every aspect of their lives (Food, Housing, and Income);

  • Education - Take control of that people read and listen to - take control of what children learn in school;

  • Religion - Remove the belief in God from the Government and schools;

  • Class Warfare - Divide the people into the wealthy and the poor. This will cause more discontent and it will be easier to take from (tax) the wealthy with the support of the poor" [source].
