Follow these missionaries as they respond to God's call. Some of them miraculously escape danger, while others face martyrdom for Christ - but the soldiers of the Cross always win in the end!"  /  "Our children could see God's great faithfulness as we read these precious stories of those who trusted in Him" Jay Trimble.

Yell & Tell books are written to save your child"

They are hymns and songs that are rich in doctrine and biblical truth, which words and music soar our spirits and restore our souls, and which melodies are simple and beautiful, contemplative and rousing, and are easily learned and remembered so enabling truly joyous corporate worship.

Preying: Protecting Children in a Christian Context

"It's no secret that there are many child molesters on the prowl today. Less well known is that these people represent a headache for Christians, because our fellowships are usually open to all and because we can be too trusting. ... This on-line book and accompanying website reveals the chilling growth in child sex attacks throughout [church] denominations. It also explains why this growth is taking place, and describes the simple, God-ordained ways in which churches can avoid this hazard and keep their children safe from even the most cunning, determined and experienced molesters and their devastating actions"

One of our favourite poems...

My life is but a weaving between my Lord and me;
I cannot choose the colours He worketh steadily,
Oftentimes He weaveth sorrow and I, in foolish pride,
forget that He seeth the upper, and I the under side.

Not till the loom is silent and the shuttles cease to fly,
shall God unroll the canvas and explain the reasons why
the dark threads are as needful in the weaver's skilful hand
as the threads of gold and silver in the pattern He has planned.

One of our favourite hymns...

In heavenly love abiding, no change my heart shall fear;
and safe is such confiding, for nothing changes here:
The storm may roar without me, my heart may low be laid;
but God is round about me, and can I be dismayed?

Wherever He may guide me, no want shall turn me back;
My Shepherd is beside me, and nothing can I lack:
His wisdom ever waketh, His sight is never dim;
He knows the way He taketh, and I will walk with Him.

Green pastures are before me, which yet I have not seen;
Bright skies will soon be o'er me, where the dark clouds have been:
My hope I cannot measure, my path to life is free;
My Saviour has my treasure, and He will walk with me.

One of our favourite prayers...

Lord, I trust in You.  I believe in You.  I hope in You.  You are my confidence, my assurance.
I lean upon You, for You are my Rock: I depend upon You, for You are my Provider; I delight in You, for You are the joy of my life.
My heart rests in You; my faith responds to You; my soul rejoices in You.

You are the true God who cannot lie and will not fail.
You are the Lord, the Almighty God, the Creator of all things.
You are my Lord, My God, and my Creator.

You are my Keeper, and I am secure; You are my Father, and I am cared for;
You are my Counselor, and I am guided; You are my Shelter and I am safe.

I trust You in life
for the wisdom of Your ways, for the blessings of Your favor, for the sufficiency of Your grace,
for the power of Your Spirit, and for the endurance that comes from Your strength.

Lord, I trust in You
my mind trusts in You, my will trusts in You, my soul trusts in You
from the depths of my being, I trust in You.

I trust You for all things.  I trust You with all things.  I trust You in all things.  I trust You through all things.  I trust You above all things.

Father, I entrust my future into Your hands, for You know the beginning from the end:
I entrust my hopes into Your hands, for You never lie;
I entrust my labors into Your hands, for You are my exceeding great reward;
I entrust my life into Your hands, for You are the only one who does all things well.
