Villa Blanche Chardonnay IGP Pays d'Oc
Expressive nose of white peach and dried fruits. Full and round in the mouth, it is well-balanced. Floral notes combined with mango and apricot are characteristic of this wine.

Vieux Carignan
Cherry red in colour, the nose has intense red fruits. On the palate there is nice acidity and soft rounded tannins which are wrapped around good spicy notes and soft red fruits.

Saint Chinian
Syrah (50%), Grenache (30%), Carignan (20%)
Cherry red in colour, the nose has intense red fruits. On the palate there is nice acidity and soft rounded tannins which are wrapped around good spicy notes and soft red fruits.

Château Tour Bel Air 2010
Appellation: Haut-Médoc

Minervois
60 % Syrah, 40 % Grenache
The colour is an intense crimson with purple hints. A powerful nose marked by a strong personality with notes of scrubland and humus. In the mouth it is powerful but with a soft finish. Notes of ripe fruits, prunes and dried figs cover the taste buds after the first mouthful.

Faugères
Syrah 50%, Grenache 40%, Carignan 10% (50 year-old vines)
On the nose, the opening note is fresh peat with a hint of menthol. On the palate, this wine is clean with just a touch of meatiness and wild herbs. With a little air, it opens up and displays spicy notes reminiscent of Mediterranean scrubland; silky tannins are melded with ripe fruit. A wine that boasts a sense of place and a strong personality, combined with grace and elegance.

Terrasses du Larzac
Mourvedre 50%, Syrah 25%, Grenache 25%
Deep colour. Clean and straightforward on the nose, showing a beautiful identity. It is intense and concentrated with notes of red and black fruit - with a predominance of blackcurrants. The texture on the palate is supple, concentrated and balanced: the tannins are fine. Notes of liquorice, menthol, garrigue, bay leaves, blackcurrants and spices. This vintage is less "gamey" than the 2011. The wine shows marked minerality with superb fruit. A very delicate wine.
