Rosé

Reserve de Sours France Sparkling Rosé, NV
Reserve de Sours is absolutely delicious and instantly appealing. The colour is a really bright salmon pink with a nose of vivacious ripe red summer berry fruits. It is beautifully balanced with fine persistent bubbles a very delicate mousse and on the palate it has a good length with a refreshing and mouth watering acidity.

This exceptionally summery dry Rosé made wholly from selected Cabernet Franc vines offers a wealth of raspberry fruit and a fresh leafy characters. Have a glass on your terrace as an aperitif or enjoy it with a meal. This dry rosé is a typical Cabernet Franc. It goes perfectly with raw vegetables salads and grilled meat - the perfect summer wine!

Red

Domaine Coste Chaude Cuvee Tradition France , 2008
A wine of bright garnet red with purple hues An expressive nose where fruity smells (raspberry strawberry) mix up with hints of freshly cut grass until spices take over with pepper and liquorice. A straight wine showing a fine acidity and a juicy fruit together with some young but already pleasant tannins. On aromas similar to the nose -a mouth full of pepper - it takes you to a generous final of decent length. Domaine Debray Gevrey Chambertain, France , 2008
This is a full-bodied Chamberti. It would benefit from a few more years in the bottle.

The renaissance of this historic Wellington farm owned by the Camerer family includes a modernisatino of the style of Pinotage produced here over the past decade. Veal fillet Escalopes Served with a forest mushroom and peccorino cheese risotto and a pinotage and sage butter sauce.
